We want you  to be fully satisfied with our product. If for any reason you unhappy with the book you have received, it can be returned to us           for a credit or exchange. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.    Please email our office for details.

                                                       Lifetime Replacement Policy

Did your dog eat your book?  Did you drop it in the sink or have it smeared with last night's dinner?  Was it crayoned by an artistic                       child?    Now you can have it replaced for 1/2 of the retail value.  After thirty days we will replace the merchandise for half the current retail          value plus shipping and handling.  This includes all books purchased for schools, libraries or personal use.  You will need the original receipt.  Email our office for details.
